PRODUCTS
After placing an enquiry/order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your enquiry/order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. If in a rare occasion a product has been purchased elsewhere we will immediately cancel the order and notify you. This is an unfortunate (but rare) downside of selling our bespoke products.
SERVICES
After a design consultation by telephone and or email between you and Reclaimerama, we will send your design spec details by email. Once you accept your order, it will then be processed.
FURNITURE & HOMEWARES
All of our products have had a previous life and therefore may come with slight imperfections consistent with their age, however we will not sell or send out any item that hasn’t met our strict criteria for reuse.
RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days, in its original packaging and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own needs.
Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone 07970 532110 or e-mail Jules at reclaimerama@gmail.com. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
All returns for non-damaged goods are to be funded by yourself.

The products are displayed as accurately as possible using professional photography and display. All descriptions are written to provide you with accurate and detailed information to the best of our knowledge and ability. Despite this, slight variations may occur. For example the colour of the Product may vary in accordance with the settings of your computer, monitor, software or printer from the colour of the actual Product you receive.
PAYMENT
Payment is made via PayPal or bacs
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required for our sourcing and design service at the time of order. Full payment will be taken upon completion of your project & prior to delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable from the date the project has commenced. We will use our own discretion at refunds if a project has not yet commenced.
Deposits will also be refunded if we are unable to complete your order.
Payment is required in full for all physical products sold on our website.
Due to the individual nature of each item furniture should only be returned if in the rare occurrence faults are found.
Furniture should be checked upon delivery to ensure complete satisfaction. If your expected delivery date has passed and you are still without your delivery then please contact us immediately. We are unable to investigate any missing deliveries after 28 working days.
