 This Pair of boxes were locally sourced, they were a great find as they were so beautifully constructed with dovetail joints but they had seen better days with a few stains, loose joints and scratches in the surface. After a good sand down, re-glue and refinish with a dark oak wax they were in better shape than new. Adding hairpin legs & a simple statement panel of copper birch trees on black was the perfect way to bring them up to date with the Mid Century Modern feel that is so popular at the moment. This is up there as one of my all time favourite transformations (so far!) sometimes its the simple ones that are the best :-)

Introducing Colour & Pattern to Your Home. Grab your sunnies! This G-plan chest of drawers was lovingly brought back to life with a high gloss black finish and made into a real statement piece using designer Jessamine Paynes 'Favela' print making this a truly one of a kind statement piece. The original brass fixtures were kept & cleaned up as they sat really well with the design & I can't wait to see it in its new home in Surrey.
